Fox News Star Forced To Evacuate During Live Broadcast As Iranian Missiles Strike Israel

Fox News reporter Trey Yingst, along with his camera crew, experienced the fright of a lifetime while live on the air from Tel Aviv, Israel. While providing updates on the happenings in the Jewish State following Israel’s airstrikes against Iranian nuclear sites, the Islamic nation fired a bevy of missiles near the crew.

Yingst and his crew were immediately forced to evacuate the area as missiles exploded overhead.

In the video clip captured of the incident, you can hear someone yell, “Everyone move!”

Yingst later said, “In my seven years covering Israel, I’ve never seen this kind of fire.”

Sources in the region told Fox’s Jennifer Griffin that Iran launched a total of 100 ballistic missiles into Israel. Only 5 to 7 of them breached the nation’s defenses.

An update from Fox News has revealed that missile impacts across Israel have resulted in major damage and a few injuries in Tel Aviv. Magen David Adom stated that emergency teams are currently providing care for five people wounded by shrapnel.

Four only sustained minor injuries, while the fifth is in moderate condition. All have been taken to local hospitals. Another four people on the scene were treated for acute anxiety.

Images that have been posted of the scene in Israel reveal a number of shattered vehicles, scorched streets, and emergency personnel being forced to work under floodlights.

President Donald Trump spoke with network host, Bret Baier, on Friday and said the “Iranians were hit ten times worse than they thought they would be.”

“They weren’t ready to negotiate. I think they may be now. We’ll see,” Trump went on to say concerning the future of Iran’s nuclear program. Senior officials within the administration spoke with the outlet and said that a lengthy list comprised of nuclear scientists and military leaders were targeted in the strike by Israel.

Officials added that 90 percent of the Islamic nation’s top nuclear scientists, along with other senior military officers and other leaders might have been targeted as well.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei made a statement in response to the attack. In the statement he said that Tehran would bring Israel “to ruin” after the launch of the preemptive attack.

“The armed forces will bring the vile regime to ruin. They will not escape unscathed from this crime. The Iranian nation can be assured—there will be no negligence,” Khamenei said.
